How it Works
Stoic Sustenance combines Stoic philosophy with modern dietary practices to promote mindful eating and healthy habits. By integrating Stoic principles into your daily meals, you can cultivate discipline, gratitude, and self-awareness in your dietary choices.

Each day you will, record your meals using photo or text, and review feedback from the app on how well you adhered to Stoic principles. Over time, you can track your progress and reflect on your journey towards a more mindful and intentional relationship with food.
The app uses AI to analyze your meals but the output is able to be modified by you. This is after all a tool to help you, not to dictate to you. If you disagree with a meal analysis, you can adjust it.
