To get the most out of Stoic Sustenance, it's important to provide accurate and detailed meal inputs. This will help the app provide you with personalized feedback and insights on your dietary habits.

The AI model will analyse the text description or the image of your meal but it obviously won't know everything about your meal. It's important to provide as much information as possible to ensure accurate feedback.

Images

When uploading an image of your meal, make sure it is clear and well-lit. The AI model will use this image to identify the ingredients and how well you adhered to Stoic principles.

Including context in the image is helpful, e.g. A photo of cereal with a banana on the side, and a carton of Soy milk in the background is more informative than just a photo of a bowl of cereal.

Text Descriptions

If you prefer to input your meals as text, make sure to include as much detail as possible. Describe the ingredients, portion sizes, and any relevant information about the meal.
